About me

Hey! 
My name is Christin, I'm an artist and tattoo apprentice. 
I am working at Grabkammer Tattoo in Düsseldorf, Germany.

My speciality is illustration and printmaking. I do everything myself, from drawing, carving (linocut), preparing the screen (screen printing), printing and photographing my work.

After leaving school, I worked for several years in the graphics department of an advertising agency. Later I studied media design, but I wanted to work more independently. During my studies I realised that it's the combination of art and craftsmanship that I enjoy the most. That's why I left my studies behind. I wanted to take a new step in the direction I'm passionate about. In addition to my own work, I was able to work on various commissions and attend markets as a vendor.

After working as a freelance illustrator for a while, I was lucky enough to become part of the team as an apprentice at L'abattoir in Düsseldorf. I'm really looking forward to making people feel better and happier in their own bodies by letting my art get under their skin.
